In a short hour and 15 min it’s coming. The ruling from the 9th Circuit court of appeals on the California Prop. 8 case will be released. Soon we will know from a federal appeals court whether or not Judge Walker’s ruling stands. You remember Judge Vaughn Walker who overturned Proposition 8 that took away the right to marry for gay men and lesbians. This appeals court will tell us whether the law is as Walker correctly interpreted it or whether a majority of citizens can vote away the rights of a minority. No matter the outcome it will likely go to the Supreme Court of the United States.
